The Courts Dismiss Brian Coleman's Appeal Against Second Breach of the Barnet Code of Conduct

A Judge sitting in the First Tier Tribunal for Local Government Standards has issued a detailed judgment upholding the decision of Barnet Council's Standards Committee that Councillor Brian Coleman breached the Code of Conduct for Councillors for a second time.
